This is my example for the April 2016 VSBN challenge #2: 2nd Quarter of the year.
There were 2 options on this challenge and I chose option #2. For this option we had to do a scrapbook layout based on the ingredients of a wedding:
1. Something old (something in your stash older than a year)
2. Something new (something in your stash less than six months old)
3. Something borrowed (one of Cheryl's sketches from the sketch challenge section)
4. Something blue (anything blue on your layout).
5. Also, all brides have a bouquet, so at least 1 flower accent on your layout.
My something old was the CS, flowers, and doilies.
My something new is the awesome leopard rhinestones that I bought to match my DD's shirt.
My something borrowed was Cheryl's April sketch for the right page: Sketch16Apr1 by Motherload at Splitcoaststampers
And my something blue was the background paper/cs.
I also included 3 different types of flowers.
